Hi,
This is due to the layout and structure of the turbo kit. This kit is specifically designed for the 04-06 Scion TC only.
04-10 are all the same engine. Why wouldn't it fit any other years? 2004-2005 Scion tC Turbonetics Complete Turbo System
04-10 are az-fe 2.5 liter
